Threaded Course Policies & Terms
These Course Policies & Terms apply to all purchases and enrollments through The Brow Thread LLC, DBA Threaded (โThreadedโ), including Threaded Foundations, Core, VIP Studio, VIP Private, and applicable add-ons.
Certain sections apply only to specific enrollment levels and are identified below.
By purchasing Threaded and checking the acknowledgment box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these Course Policies & Terms.
1. COURSE ACCESS & ENROLLMENT
Applies to All Enrollments
Your Threaded enrollment and course access are for your individual use only and are non-transferable. Login credentials and course materials may not be shared with another individual.
Students receive ongoing access to the online Threaded course. Threaded is an evolving educational program and may be updated, refined, reorganized, expanded, reduced, moved to another platform, or otherwise modified over time.
Ongoing access does not guarantee that the course will remain indefinitely in its exact format, structure, platform, curriculum, or method of delivery.
Threaded reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the program as the education, curriculum, technology, and delivery of the course evolve.
2. COURSE COMPLETION & CERTIFICATION
Applies to All Enrollments
Students must complete 100% of the required Threaded online curriculum to receive their Threaded Certificate of Completion.
Students are not required to complete the curriculum in a specific order for certification unless otherwise indicated within the course.
The Threaded certificate represents completion of the Threaded educational program. It is not a professional license, government-issued certification, or authorization to perform services where licensing or other legal requirements apply.
Students are responsible for determining and complying with the laws, licensing requirements, insurance requirements, sanitation standards, and professional regulations applicable in their own city, state, province, country, or other jurisdiction.
3. PURCHASES & REFUNDS
Applies to All Enrollments
All purchases are final.
No refunds will be offered on full or partial payments, including for failure to begin or complete the course, failure to use included benefits, inability to attend training, change of circumstances, or expiration of an applicable benefit.
Enrollment, course access, Thread Fix access, Private Coaching Sessions, training days, and other included benefits are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another person unless expressly authorized by Threaded in writing.
4. MONTHLY THREAD FIX
Applies to Core, VIP Studio & Foundations Thread Fix Add-On
Core and VIP Studio enrollment includes one invitation to a live 1-hour Monthly Thread Fix session, including personalized feedback on submitted photos and/or videos.
Thread Fix must be used within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Photos and videos intended for personalized review must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled Thread Fix session.
Students who do not submit their materials by the 72-hour deadline may still attend the scheduled session but are not guaranteed personalized review or feedback on late submissions.
Rescheduling a Thread Fix
Students may reschedule their Thread Fix one time with at least 48 hours' notice, provided the rescheduled session still falls within the original 90-day access period.
A missed session or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the Thread Fix.
If no Thread Fix session is available before a student's 90-day expiration due solely to Threaded's monthly scheduling, the student may attend the next available session provided they requested or attempted to schedule their Thread Fix before their 90-day expiration.
Foundations Thread Fix Add-On
Foundations students who separately purchase a Thread Fix add-on receive a new 90-day Thread Fix access period beginning on the date the add-on is purchased.
The same submission, attendance, expiration, and rescheduling policies apply.
5. VIP STUDIO
Applies to VIP Studio Only
VIP Studio is designed for a salon or team enrolling together and includes an 8-hour in-person Studio training experience for 3โ4 artists at Asa Brows Co. in Cedar Falls, Iowa, unless otherwise agreed to by Threaded in writing.
What's Included
VIP Studio includes:
- One full day of training (8 hours)
- Hands-on threading technique and facial application
- Training materials and supplies
- Exclusive Threaded swag bag
- One live instructor demonstration
- One full-face model experience per artist
- One invitation to a live 1-hour Monthly Thread Fix coaching session
- Direct feedback on submitted photos and videos
- Lunch and refreshments per artist
- Certificate of Completion upon completion of the required Threaded curriculum
Scheduling & Expiration
The VIP Studio training day must be:
- Scheduled within 90 days of the original purchase date
- Completed within 6 months of the original purchase date
Training dates are subject to availability. Purchase of VIP Studio does not guarantee availability on a particular requested date.
If the training day is not scheduled or completed within the applicable timeframe, the in-person training benefit expires and no refund, credit, transfer, or extension will be provided unless Threaded agrees otherwise in writing.
Required Online Course Completion
Each participating artist must complete 100% of the required Threaded online curriculum at least 48 hours before the scheduled Studio training day.
The in-person experience is designed to build upon the education provided inside Threaded rather than replace the online curriculum.
Because VIP Studio is a group training experience, the training day will not be rescheduled because an individual participant failed to complete the required online education.
A participant who has not completed the required online curriculum at least 48 hours before training may be restricted from participating in hands-on portions of the training.
Models
VIP Studio includes one full-face model experience per artist.
Models may be arranged by either Threaded or the participating artists. Providing your own model does not result in a discount, credit, or reduction in the price of training.
Models should have adequate facial and brow hair growth to allow for meaningful hands-on threading practice and should not have recently received hair-removal services that would significantly interfere with training.
Models must disclose any relevant contraindications or circumstances that may make threading inappropriate and must consent to photographs and/or videos being taken for training, documentation, and educational purposes.
If a scheduled model cancels or fails to attend, Threaded will make a reasonable effort to locate a replacement model. However, availability of a replacement cannot be guaranteed.
A model cancellation or no-show does not automatically entitle the Studio group or individual artist to a rescheduled training day, refund, credit, or additional training.
Scheduling, Attendance & Rescheduling
VIP Studio is a coordinated group training experience. Once the training date has been confirmed, individual participants are responsible for being available, prepared, and present.
An individual participant's scheduling conflict, failure to complete the required online curriculum, late arrival, cancellation, or inability to attend does not require Threaded to reschedule the Studio training for the remainder of the group.
If the entire Studio group needs to request a change to its confirmed training date, the request must be made at least 14 days in advance and is subject to Threaded's availability.
Rescheduling by Threaded
If Threaded must cancel or reschedule the Studio training due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or another circumstance affecting Threaded's ability to provide the scheduled training, Threaded will work with the Studio group to arrange an alternate date.
A reschedule initiated by Threaded will not cause the group to forfeit its training benefit.
Travel & Accommodations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VIP Studio training takes place at Asa Brows Co. in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Participating artists are responsible for their own airfare, lodging, transportation, meals outside those specifically included during training, and other personal or travel-related expenses.
Students should not book non-refundable travel or accommodations until the training date has been confirmed by Threaded.
Threaded is not responsible for travel costs, cancellation fees, lodging expenses, transportation expenses, or other costs incurred due to travel arrangements.
6. VIP PRIVATE
Applies to VIP Private Only
VIP Private includes an 8-hour one-on-one in-person training experience with Asa at Asa Brows Co. in Cedar Falls, Iowa, unless otherwise agreed to by Threaded in writing.

VIP Private includes:
- One full day of training (8 hours)
- Hands-on threading technique and facial application
- Training materials and supplies
- Exclusive Threaded swag bag
- Two live instructor demonstrations
- Two full-face model experiences
- One 1-hour Private Zoom Coaching Session
- Personalized one-on-one feedback
- Business mentorship: pricing, client experience, and service integration
- Guidance on capturing high-quality threading photos and videos
- Lunch and refreshments
- Certificate of Completion upon completion of the required Threaded curriculum
Scheduling & Expiration
The VIP Private training day must be:
- Scheduled within 90 days of the original purchase date
- Completed within 6 months of the original purchase date
Training dates are subject to availability. Purchase of VIP Private does not guarantee availability on a particular requested date.
If the training day is not scheduled or completed within the applicable timeframe, the in-person training benefit expires and no refund, credit, transfer, or extension will be provided unless Threaded agrees otherwise in writing.
Required Online Course Completion
VIP Private students must complete 100% of the required Threaded online curriculum at least 48 hours before their scheduled training day.
The in-person experience is designed to build upon the education provided inside Threaded rather than replace the online curriculum.
If the required online curriculum has not been completed by the 48-hour deadline, the student may be required to reschedule the training and applicable rescheduling terms and fees will apply.
Private Zoom Coaching Session
VIP Private includes one 1-hour Private Zoom Coaching Session for personalized one-on-one feedback and support.
The Private Coaching Session must be used within 90 days of the original purchase date.
This session is separate from the Monthly Thread Fix offered with Core and VIP Studio and does not provide ongoing coaching or mentorship beyond the included session.
Models
VIP Private includes two full-face model experiences.
Models may be arranged by either Threaded or the student. Providing your own model does not result in a discount, credit, or reduction in the price of training.

VIP Private students may reschedule their training day one time without a rescheduling fee when at least 14 days' notice is provided.
Rescheduling with less than 14 days' notice is subject to a $250 rescheduling fee.
Any rescheduled training must still be completed within 6 months of the original purchase date, unless Threaded approves an extension in writing.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the in-person training day and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
Threaded understands that genuine emergencies, illness, severe weather, and other unexpected circumstances may occur. Exceptions may be made at Threaded's discretion based on the circumstances.
Rescheduling by Threaded
If Threaded must cancel or reschedule the Private training due to illness, emergency, severe weather, or another circumstance affecting Threaded's ability to provide the scheduled training, Threaded will work with the student to arrange an alternate date.

Business Mentorship
Business mentorship is provided as part of the scheduled VIP Private training experience and does not constitute ongoing consulting or mentorship after the training day unless separately agreed upon.
Recommendations are based on the student's circumstances and information available at the time of training.
Travel & Accommodations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VIP Private training takes place at Asa Brows Co. in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Applies to All Enrollments
All Threaded course materials, videos, presentations, PDFs, checklists, demonstrations, written materials, frameworks, systems, terminology, educational structures, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Brow Thread LLC and are provided for the enrolled student's personal educational use.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, upload, share, copy, substantially recreate, or commercially exploit Threaded materials without written permission.
Threaded materials and proprietary educational frameworks may not be copied or repurposed to create, teach, sell, or distribute another threading course, training program, certification program, or substantially similar educational product.
Students may take personal photographs and short-form videos during in-person training unless otherwise instructed.
8. STUDENT CONDUCT & ACCESS
Applies to All Enrollments
Threaded reserves the right to suspend or terminate course, coaching, Thread Fix, or training access in circumstances involving:
- Sharing login credentials or unauthorized course access
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of course materials
- Harassment, threatening behavior, or significant disruption
- Misuse or theft of Threaded intellectual property
- Conduct that materially interferes with the learning experience, business, staff, models, or other students
Termination for violation of these policies does not entitle the student to a refund.
9. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE & RESULTS
Applies to All Enrollments
Threaded provides professional education and training. Individual results will vary based on practice, experience, effort, location, clientele, business circumstances, and other factors outside Threaded's control.
Threaded does not guarantee a particular level of skill, income, clientele, employment, business growth, profitability, or other professional or financial result.
Students remain responsible for their own professional decisions, client services, sanitation practices, business decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. DEADLINES & EXPIRATION
Applies to All Enrollments
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all deadlines, access periods, scheduling windows, and expiration dates are calculated from the applicable original purchase date.
Rescheduling, inactivity, delayed course completion, failure to access the course, or personal scheduling circumstances do not automatically pause, restart, or extend an expiration period.
Any exception or extension must be approved by Threaded in writing.
